John Richard is Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer for Mereo BioPharma plc, a publicly-traded biopharmaceutical company founded in 2015. Mr. Richard previously served in various roles, including Director and Operating Partner, with Phase4 Partners, a life science investment firm.

Mr. Ingalls brings over 40 years of financial leadership to Aruna Bio and during his career he has served in the capacity of chief financial officer for nearly two decades. Most recently, Mr. Ingalls served as Chief Financial Officer of SeraCare Life Sciences a private life sciences tools company focused on diagnostic products.
Rusty Lindner is Executive Chairman and CEO of The Forge Company, a private Washington, DC- based transportation holding company whose principal operating units are Colonial Parking, Inc. (DC) and The Washington Boat Lines. Mr. Lindner also serves as the CEO of PortfolioFirst Parking Solutions, an international parking asset management firm founded in 2001, as well as of Bear Saint Properties, a Washington, DC commercial real estate investment firm.
John F. Mangan, Jr. has been active in the U.S. money management and securities industry for over 35 years. He is currently the CEO of JFM Capital, a Charlotte NC based private investment firm with interests in the capital markets and in several private businesses. From 1999 to 2007, Mangan was founder/CEO/CIO of Mangan McColl Partners, LLC, a US alternative asset manager that managed over $1.4B.
Barry L. Storey is the Principal of BLS Holdings Group, LLC, an Augusta, Georgia-based company with the primary focus of managing a portfolio of retail real estate properties and various alternative assets. Prior to January 2015, he was the Co-Founding Partner of Hull Storey Gibson Companies, LLC, a retail acquisition and development real estate company founded in 1992 that owned and operated over 13 million square feet of retail strip centers and enclosed mall properties in the Southeast.
